ECO-LIFESTYLE CENTRE? A dream? or...
The above building has recently appeared on Right Move website and is set in Llandysul. It has a riverside setting (Ideal for water powered electricty) and the land with it drops down to the river, with an ideal space for vegetable growing, perhaps with a Polytunnel/Greenhouse alongside... Price is around 135,000 GBP, but it does require a fair amount of work to convert it to an eco-cetre (plus planning)...

One of my long term 'dreams' is to have our own eco-centre, where eco-lifestyles can be discussed/demonstrated, along with an eco-library, cafe, shops for eco-businesses and accommodation, etc, etc.
I've looked at suitable property in Wales, France and Ireland, with the latter property/land prices being much more sensible. 140,00 Euros gets you a suitable property with out buildings with around 4 or more acres of reasonable soil and a stream/river running through the land, which would be suitable for water powered electricity production.
